Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and no-show fees:
Less than 48 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. No - shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
Fully non-refundable deposit policy:
A non- refundable deposit amounting to 20% of the total hair service cost will be required when booking your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your final bill on the day of your appointment. Reschedule of appointment BEFORE 48hours is allowed without any penalty.
Cancellations or no-shows result in 100% deposit forfeit.
